| The River Thames has always been a constant in London living, flowing steadily on through centuries of birth, life and death. In FOUND, objects that have been cast into the river or lost in its depths re-emerge to tell their stories, while the river itself flows on and on... | ||
Using actors’ bodies and voices to represent the forms, flows and objects of the Thames, Found is an atmospheric and intriguing performance installation that investigates the transformative power of the river, bringing to life its past and present. Originally conceived as part of The Story of London Festival, Found was devised for the unique and atmospheric space of The Electrician’s Shop, at Trinity Buoy Wharf, and combined digital collage, found objects from the river and live performance.
